You may be researching at the library without your laptop and have your content with you on you handy little flash drive. You can plug it into any computer and add to your body of work. This maintains a creative and productive flow every good writer needs. The amazing flash drive is also great for storing your pictures, as you will be adding pictures to articles for visual support, more on that as you grow in the writing profession. A flash drive is a must when you travel or on vacation as this allows you to contribute to your work anytime and anyplace for brief chunks of time as you are inspired.
Your own space- As a good successful writer you learn the beauty of working from home. While you may have the luxury of working from home in peace and quiet, you may work where others spend their day. Whatever the case a good writer needs a space to write. I have been writing for so long now I personaly can write anywhere blocking out the world around me. This is not the case for most new writers. Don't beat yourself up if your having a hard time working at your craft. All good writers must find their place and to do so you will need to create a private environment where you can come out of your shell. I have a basement office in my home, I went all out with a large corner desk, fax machine, computer, filing cabinet, and all the basic requirements needed to run any good office. I spent the first two years of my career down there. While it was a must to launch my career I now basically enjoy a very casual life now. I go out to lunch, travel, shop and spend every moment with my two daughters taking part and attending all their activities. I do so with my iPad, flash drive, portable desk and voice recorder. You will be your own kind of writer and yet it is vital to provide yourself with the tools needed to get the job done.

You would miss a large group of clients targeting a narrow base. The Internet is everywhere, it's in places where the people are your exact opposite. The key to success is to be a creative writer with an understanding of the diverse people viewing your content. You benefit from the ability to constantly shift your thought process and think like the people you are targeting given the particular content at hand. First, It’s vital to love what you do. Happy work equals a happy life. How often have you started a new venture only to have it haunt the dark corner of your TO DO list. As you've seen on my favorite links, you can visit many sites that sell things. I get a kick back each time a product is sold. I stick with things I feel of interest, good value and quality. There are many things to be sold. A good place to start is Clickbank, visit this site, follow the prompts to sign on as an Affiliate and you've begun your new career. Once you've signed up at Clickbank, you browse the market place for products you want to sell, click the link to sell the product, enter your clickbank user name and click create link. A hop link will then be created you may copy and paste into you web site and ta da your done.
Now that we have the Affiliate Marketing skinny, lets proceed further. There are many companies with which you may become an affiliate marketer. Below is a list;

The first thing to do is register your domain name. You can register you domain for under $10.00 dollars at Host Gator. This is the one I use, I like it very much and really find it easy to work with the support staff. Domain names cannot contain spaces or other punctuation, they may only contain letters, numbers, or dashes. Domains cannot begin or end with a dash. It cannot have more than 63 characters. Domain names are registered on a first come first serve basis.

I suggest you have your website designed with the same company you register your domain with. All in one house just provides you with more convenient service. The company you choose will walk you through it.
HOSTING
This is the fun part. Hosting is you doing what you want with your website. You can change it on a daily basis. I have a blast with this. I visit the editing portion of my site daily and rarely leave without adding something. It's the fun part. I still get a huge kick out of folks telling me how impressed they are that I have my own site. I guess it has a big WOW factor!
